Born in Cameroon in 1957, Mrs. Julienne R. SIWE NGONGANG has been a founder and member of various community associations. As a committed Christian and determined defender of the Cameroonian rural women concerns for decades, she believes the deplorable situation of some human being around us is a challenge from God to prove our mutual support.

She moved to the United States of America in 2008, where she received a complimentary training as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA). During her training, she learned about the effects of High Blood Pressure also known as the “silent Killer”. Aware of the mythical connotations attached to death in her country, Cameroon, she decided to share her knowledge with her community. As an enthusiastic defender of human concerns, she thought of bringing the Cameroonian immigrants population together in order to address the issue of High Blood Pressure in their country.

In October 2, 2011, WOCOTOMADI Inc., (World Coming Together To Make A Difference) was created in New Bedford Massachusetts, and in December 14, 2015 it was granted the status of charitable organization under the section 501(c)3. The organization initially focused on providing free High Blood Pressure campaigns to underprivileged communities in Cameroon, West Africa.

The Organization’s goal expanded with time as it now aims at creating universal solidarity to help reduce social discrimination and assure a quality life to underprivileged in the world. It does not only provide Free High Blood Pressure screening campaigns, it educates on preventive methods of Hypertension as well.  Wocotomadi also edify the target population in remote villages on the importance of exercise and healthy diet based on locally available food. Wocotomadi looks forward in using mutual assistance to promote culture, community healthcare and educational services worldwide.
